Expanded Benefits for Toxic Exposure Claims

Over one million veterans have now benefited from the toxic exposure benefits following the recent legislation that the government put into action 22 months ago.

Purple Heart Veterans Education Act:

A new legislative proposal, the Purple Heart Veterans Education Act, aims to enable veterans who received Purple Heart awards post-September 11, 2001, to transfer their GI education benefits to dependents.

This proposal was introduced just before Memorial Day, a time for honoring those who have fallen.
