Foreclosure Moratorium Extended
The VA urges mortgage servicers to extend the foreclosure moratorium for Veterans with VA-guaranteed loans until December 31, 2024.
This measure ensures Veterans can stay in their homes while the VA Servicing Purchase (VASP) program is implemented, assisting those in severe financial hardship.

No Copays for Mental Health Visits
Veterans will not need to pay copays for their first three outpatient mental health and substance use disorder visits each year through 2027.
Refunds for any copays paid since June 27, 2023, will be automatically processed.
